Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MBBS Doctor to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary and preventive care, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and promoting the overall health and well-being of our patients/employees. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, including physical assessments and medical history evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions based on patient symptoms and diagnostic test results.
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and investigations (e.g., lab tests, imaging) to inform clinical decision-making.
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and treatments, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Provide patients with medical advice and guidance on maintaining healthy lifestyles and preventing illnesses (e.g., diet, fitness, vaccinations).
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient medical records and histories in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and manage acute situations effectively and calmly.
- Participate in continuous professional development, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives to stay current with medical advancements.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from an accredited institution.
- A valid and current medical license to practice medicine in the [State/Region/Country] of employment.
- Completion of a mandatory internship or residency program in a relevant medical field.
- Many years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

NABH Quality Manager/Coordinator

Role Overview
The NABH Quality Manager will responsible for leading the hospital’s quality assurance, patient safety, and accreditation programs. This role involves implementing, monitoring, and evaluating hospital practices against NABH standards to ensure continuous compliance and drive quality improvement initiatives across all clinical and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accreditation Management:
- Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic plan to achieve and maintain NABH accreditation/re-accreditation.
- Act as the primary liaison during external assessments and communicate with NABH officials and assessors.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, policies, and procedures are prepared, maintained, and readily available for audits.
2. Quality Improvement & Compliance:
- Conduct thorough internal audits, gap analyses, and mock drills to identify areas of non-compliance with NABH standards.
- Coordinate with department heads to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track their effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to all patient safety norms and ethical practices.
4. Training & Development:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff on NABH standards, quality management systems, and patient safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous quality improvement throughout the hospital.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in hospital quality systems, preferably within an NABH-accredited facility.

This role requires a blend of traditional outreach skills and proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools to optimize campaign performance and content creation too.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research And Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis, using data analysis skills to measure campaign effectiveness and identify new market opportunities.
- Community And Corporate Outreach : Organize and participate in community health fairs, awareness campaigns, events, and seminars to build relationships with local businesses and the public

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
